Along with creating gourmet flavors herself, Madana teaches others to find their own culinary voices. Sharing her vast knowledge of gastronomy, Madana holds Cooking Classes, Food Demonstrations and Nutritional Seminars in Hawai’i, the U.S. Mainland and Europe.
