That palpable Universalism underlies all so called ‘religions’ may be readily accepted as a ‘theological’ truism. If ‘God’ is One and we are Many, the multiple latter have its focus and origin at the feet of the Unitive One! As such, seen from the perspective of ‘us’ the Many ( or indeed but infinite fractions of the Many) we may deduce a splendid individualistic school of thought as to religion in general or indeed pertaining a unique personalized view viz. myself an ‘unequaled’ other, indeed Other!! As such, we celebrate both Oneness of the Deistic Absolute and simultaneously the myriad reflective rays of the Many. As such, we propose, the underlying theme of Perennial Philosophy which allows multiple darshans (views) viz. the deity, the Divinity everywhere extant, seen in the eyes of human beings, needless to say of all kinds and even in dogs and mice: of Mice and Men, anyone? Hence, we coin the term Deiosophy, suggesting the ‘Philisophy of the Deity, i.e. a personalized experience of a Higher Reality ‘There’ (Nirvana, if you wish) in the ‘Here and Now’ Samsara -again if you wish. That that two-fold realm is factually a state of higher consciousness is to be understood. Plato’s idea of forms may be envisioned. Just as the single side of a Möbius- strip reveals both the alternate dimensions and the Turya, the Fourth, so higher consciousness reveals both the Norminal world of the absolute and the Phenomenal world of ‘Mice and Men’. How astonishing is that! That both reels overlap is obvious: the Lower being a reflection of the Higher of course and thus-or as such-’inter-coursing’! And is not that union of samsara, union, revealed to us in the Universal scriptures -indeed Kamasutras en masse - as markings in the heavenly -sand of the Godhead, the Deity, calling us toward his sacred family-mass? Or, if we may ad lib, invoking the narratives of the Bhagavata -Purana, are those not the footprints of the eternal Lover Syam, the flautist, Venu-Gopal, Beloved of the damsels of Braj-dharman, who calls all -via shabda- brahman -to the dance of universal bliss on the strands of Tat-Sundaram- Land whichever IS?
As such, to the degree that we can ‘read’ and decipher the many texts in this world, referenced as scriptures, and find ‘the Source’ of attraction -akrsta-cum- Krishna!- emanating from the ‘Above’, to that degree we will experience in the ‘Sandbox’ below, where all are understood as eternal spirit souls, but may have forgotten their identity as such. And is that not rising above the flatland of samsara and interning into the bliss of transcended Nirvana, the House of dharman of true Dayadvam-cum-anada? DayAnanda, DayAnanda DayAnanda!
As such, the school of Deiosophy suggest and references our father in heaven who seminally has invested all of us with a touch of spirituality which ‘transcends’ all inimical differences. Yet we celebrate difference: is that not the spirit of tasted-s viz. individual appetites? And as a gourmet-smorgasbord- menu is de rigueur for all connoisseurs of the Higher Echelon of true aristocratic sapidity a variety of tastes are never detectable in all schools of religion. As such, if the great Bhakti-yoga Master of Bhaktivinoda Thakur invokes the Saviour of Jerusalem, Jesus, As well as the the Savour of Nadia, Caitanya- Mahaprabhu, we further wish to set foot and invite the Saviour of Lumbini, Buddha and of course the savour of Chu, LaoTzu, as well as countless Others to share the Rountable of bliss and raise a toast to the Shared- Unification which ever is! And indeed, most recently , brilliantly effulgent, unequalled in fervour, A.C.
Bhaktivedanta Svami Prabhupada -who invited and continuous to invite the world to the love feast of ahimsa, and prema, via chanting Naam-Bhajan, dancing and sharing Prasada, worldwide- we nominate as the most recent advocate of Share Bliss! His books have been translated in 87(!!!!) languages and have been distributed by the hundreds of millions worldwide! As such, having personally imbibed his teachings, how can we not -to celebrate and honour our ‘line’ - once again extend refreshed invitations as to reminders of the Bliss which is! Thus, the Satchitananda sutra, epitomized in the form of the world united under the banner of simultaneous Oneness (abheda) and the many (bheda) -although not always easy to be Understood’ on the platform of samsara (confusion) and thus labelled as Achintya (once again), difficult to understand and as such inviting to us transcend and experience the bliss of our true self viz. ananda, the bliss which ever-is! And is that not to invoke the essence of Deiosophy: viz THE TURYA, i.e., IS: the Fourth state of consciousness, beyond beyond mere waking, dreaming or deep sleep indeed the state Bliss! Hence our sutra: imbible Amrita-rasa, the bliss which IS! Then share! Don’t miss….
